Senior Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang and a strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated invoice generation systems for multiple products;
  • Build and scale attribution logic systems to support various chains and assets;
  • Develop robust reporting capabilities for rewards and billing analytics;
  • Create efficient automation workflows for reward calculations and distribution;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing and rewards systems;
  • Architect solutions that handle high throughput while maintaining low latency;
  • Lead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems with Golang;
  • Strong track record of delivering solutions with high throughput and low latency requirements;
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency;
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex financial or billing systems;
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture;
  • Strong understanding of database design;
  • Track record of mentoring other engineers and driving technical initiatives;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
