The Role

We are seeking a Senior Director to join our Construction, Projects and Assets (CPA) team. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance to clients on various aspects of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading strategy and management consulting projects across the practice, including strategic plans, organizational assessments, and capability maturity assessments.
  • Providing subject matter expertise on Project and Portfolio Management processes and/or Project Management Information Systems.
  • Conducting project delivery capability maturity assessments against industry best practices and FTI expertise, identifying gaps, and developing improvement plans.
  • Performing project delivery process assessments and develop/revise processes for project and/or portfolio strategy and planning, project risk management, project management, and supporting functional areas.
  • Facilitating and determining business requirements and objectives by analyzing business processes, reviewing documents, and leading focused workshops.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of post-graduate professional experience in strategy and management consulting, capital projects & infrastructure, asset management, reliability management, asset integrity, systems engineering, or a related profession.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
