About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT SAP Business Analyst - Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Chile. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP solutions to drive business process improvements and optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in the preparation, conception, realization, Go Live, and Hypercare of SAP Global Template and localization implementation projects in Chile.
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal customers in this region, supported by the EBS Supply Chain workstream Lead.
  • Provide creative solutions to address solution gaps and issues identified during Solution Confirmation workshops.
  • Ensure standard SAP solution usage and provide workarounds where required and not supported by the existing Global Template based on business scenarios.
  • Customize/configure SAP landscape while developing complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge using an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.
  • Develop and execute plans to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in SAP PP & QM and process design.
  • Experience with Make to Deploy, including production scheduling, execution, associated master data requirements, HU Management, RF Transaction/integration, and Quality management function.
  • Ability to travel within South America (25% of the time) and work remotely with stakeholders in various international markets.
  • Some Development (ABAP) experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Tier 2 manufacturing data (master & transactional data) into SAP systems using SAP BODS, LSMW, BDC.
