We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team at Angel Ventures. As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, working closely with our product managers and developers to craft innovative and intuitive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business goals into user-centered design solutions
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Design user journeys and interactions that meet business, brand, and user needs
- Communicate design rationale and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Follow a user-centric design approach, rapidly testing and iterating on designs
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UX Researcher
- Strong visual design skills, with user-system interaction awareness
- Advanced knowledge of Figma tools and component libraries
- Ability to articulate design rationale to non-design audiences
