Senior Greenfield Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Calypso expert to support and build out for a greenfield implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive approach to defining, setting up, or troubleshooting issues arising from day-to-day activities on the greenfield instance. This will involve designing and implementing necessary solutions to Back Office (BO) / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, deep understanding of Financial products cross assets, and proven track record of delivery of accounting and finance related solutions within Calypso.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive and integrated approach to defining, setting up, or trouble shooting issues arising from day-to-day activities on greenfield Calypso instance
  • Design and implement necessary solutions to Back Office (BO) / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s)
  • Manage deliverables ensuring transparency of risks, issues and dependencies that are fully aligned to functional / business owners
  • Act as a business analyst to help the team gathering and writing requirements, acceptance criteria

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in Capital Markets and on Calypso
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles
  • Deep Knowledge of Financial products cross assets
  • Proven track record of delivery of accounting and finance related solutions within Calypso
  • Experience of adherence to governance frameworks / implementation and handover to BAU
  • Comprehensive knowledge of trade flow, trading systems and related concepts and technology, including valuation and client/market risk management
