Inventory Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our inventory team, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting materials, ensuring they meet quality standards for production.

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials according to internal procedures and inspection plans.
  • Document non-conformities found during inspections using a specific form and escalate the issue to the relevant team member for resolution and follow-up action.
  • Handle correspondence, both received and sent.
  • Maintain files for orders and reports of occurrences (ROs).
  • Record activities performed in spreadsheets to update process analysis databases.
