Pediatric Trach/Vent LPN Homecare Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support in their own homes.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
