Regional Office Operations Specialist

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless regional office operations, handling daily tasks and fostering communication with various departments and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- To design and implement efficient office processes to optimize productivity.
- To manage the timely distribution of communications.
- To oversee relationships with vendors, contractors, customers, and real estate personnel.
- To support senior managers and executives with daily administrative tasks.
- To create and update accurate records.
- To schedule meetings and appointments as required.
- To maintain facilities, services, and maintenance activities.
- To coordinate events, manage accommodation, and guest arrivals/departures.
- To assist with field activities, maintain vendor contact, and manage relationships.
- To be responsible for organizing office work and coordinating Regional Front Desk Representatives.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative and office coordination roles.
- An academic background in administration, business, finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
