Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, including the administration of policies, procedures, and programs. This role will serve as an advisor to managers and a guardian of compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as leaves, compensation, and benefits. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for communicating HR events to employees and assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Client-oriented and professional with confidentiality
  • Rigorous, organized, and reliable
  • Knowledge of generative AI, such as ChatGPT, is a plus
