Business Analytics Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Job Summary:

  • To analyze business landscapes and develop actionable strategies.
  • To communicate complex findings to senior leadership teams.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement analytical models that inform business decisions.
  • To translate technical insights into clear, concise recommendations.
  • To work closely with technology teams to advise on data strategy and requirements.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent in Business Analytics, Economics, or Mathematics.
  • 6-10 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights, or Business Analytics, with a minimum of 2 years in FMCG/CPG business.
  • Deep understanding of structured problem-solving approaches.
  • First principles approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills:

  • Marketing Analytics background in FMCG domain.
  • Understanding of Econometrics models.
  • Basic coding skills in Python, SQL.
