Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute innovative marketing plans that drive brand awareness and property sales.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, to maximize lead conversion.
- Responsibilities also include creating and distributing engaging digital content, optimizing SEO and SEM performance, and managing social media presence.
- Additionally, the successful candidate will analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Collaboration with sales and customer service teams is crucial to increasing the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the property industry.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools is essential.
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills, along with knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends.
- Team players with excellent communication skills are highly valued.
- Ability to work based in Jakarta (HO) and Karawang (visit/project) areas.
