Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee the effective management of our systems and drive strategic growth initiatives.

  • Lead process improvements across billing, patient flow, and internal systems

  • Manage vendor relationships (e.g., billing company) and performance oversight
  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments
  • Coordinate hiring workflows and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign strategy and analytics
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and scalability initiatives

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in operations, growth, or systems-focused roles
  • Expertise in CRM, workflow, and project management platforms
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and support cross-functional teams
  • Experience with process automation, data tracking, and analysis tools
  • Strong leadership presence and analytical mindset
  • Background in healthcare or wellness is an asset
