Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our Front Office team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, providing personalized service and exceeding their expectations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a hotel front office role, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel.
- Advanced knowledge of Accor Online Platforms and computer systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in English and Turkish, with additional languages a plus.
