Job Description

As a Strategic Consultant for Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the execution of consulting projects from start to finish. This involves ensuring high-quality deliverables, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive digital transformation across various industries.

  • Analyze industry trends and consumer behavior to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and holistic strategy development.

  • Design and implement process automation solutions to optimize consulting execution and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as engineering, economics, or computer science.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in payment industry, consulting, strategy, or financial institutions.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on strategic problem-solving and influencing incremental growth.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization, with a collaborative and diplomatic style.
