Financial Planning and Analysis Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leadership in developing the company's medium to long-term financial and strategic plans.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast long-term growth and identify key business factors.
  • Analyze financial and operational results to gain a comprehensive understanding of company performance.
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center performance and margin deviation.
  • Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for process improvements.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or a similar field.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good critical thinking skills and sound judgment.
