Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Mitel Networks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively working with assigned accounts to retain revenue and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the renewal process and ensure timely closure of renewals
- Meet or exceed renewals and retention targets
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Representatives and Customer Lifecycle Managers to develop renewals strategy and plans
- Create partner demonstrations and presentations, quotes/proposals, and year-end reviews as needed
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services, as well as stay informed of product line and trends that may impact client business activities
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce from start to finish
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or sales support
- English language skills (B2 or higher)
- Willingness to work on shifts
- Strong collaboration and relational skills
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Communication technology knowledge is considered a strong advantage
