Critical Care Nurse

As a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the nursing care plan from admission to discharge.
- Deliver quality patient care by assessing patients' progress and keeping families informed.
- Monitor pain management procedures and participate in discharge planning processes.
- Ensure current and accurate patient documentation and supervise ancillary staff members.
- Prepare patients for medical interventions and provide emotional support during challenging times.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and technologies to provide exceptional patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution as a Registered Nurse.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of medication-administration procedures.
