We are seeking a skilled Lead Business Process Specialist to consult and lead projects for clients with technology-related issues.

As the successful candidate, you will work with clients to understand their requirements and propose solutions that meet their business objectives.

The role involves providing guidance on comprehensive technology issues for internal and external customers. This includes:

  • Consulting on client requirements and proposing solutions
  • Guiding in evaluating, selecting, and utilizing new and existing tools and techniques
  • Providing guidance and solutions on complex technology issues
  • Leading technical project implementation

Business Analysis Expertise

This involves championing the use of new business analysis techniques, creating metrics for evaluating tool performance, establishing best practices, and monitoring industry trends.

Tactical and Strategic Planning

As a Lead Business Process Specialist, you will contribute to operational planning, anticipate plan changes, and monitor progress against objectives.

  • Reporting variances and making agreed-upon corrections
Products and Services Expertise

You will obtain information about product linkages, research target markets, and explain current product status.

  • Researching product marketability and delivery alternatives
  • Summarizing key features of major products or services
Analytical Thinking Skills

As an analytical thinker, you will identify discrepancies, prioritize steps, and quantify costs and benefits.

  • Approaching complex problems by breaking them down into components
  • Choosing among diverse analytical tools
Application Delivery Process Expertise

You will clarify development methodologies, research phase dependencies, and document associated phases and activities.

As an IT expert, you will evaluate policy effectiveness, design organizational standards, and develop templates for technical business plans.
