**Job Title:** Visual Experience Researcher">As a key member of our team, the Visual Experience Researcher will play a vital role in creating and designing world-class interactive experiences and games for high-end immersive platforms. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail and great sense of visual aesthetics and narrative.">Responsibilities">
  • Assist the Production Designer with creative research and worldbuilding tasks.
  • Conduct thorough creative research, organizing it into mood and/or style boards, to help team members achieve the best interpretation of the Creative Director's vision.
  • Keep a well-organized catalog of references and other studies to aid in understanding visual narratives.
  • Collaborate with the Production Designer on managing aesthetics elements of a project.
  • Understand the design elements and layout for X-Reality environments.
  • Develop a repertoire of VR experiences and present new immersive experiences to the team.

  • An exceptional eye for detail.
  • Great sense of visual aesthetics and narrative.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
">Nice to Have">
  • Experience with illustration and design software.
  • Knowledge of Google G Suite, Monday, Slack, and GitHub.
  • Passion for Virtual Reality, Games, Movies, TV, Art, Animation, Electronics, RPGs, Theater, and narrative experiences.

Must be willing to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and ideas.
