Automation Quality Assurance Lead

This position requires a leader who can develop and maintain a centralized test automation framework to support multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will have experience building test automation in fast-paced environments, designing or extending test frameworks using modern tools, and a strong understanding of manual QA as a foundation for effective automation.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a centralized test automation framework that supports multiple product lines
  • Developing a comprehensive test coverage strategy across distributed QA teams
  • Automating functional, regression, and smoke tests across UI and API layers
  • Crafting reusable, maintainable test scripts using modern automation tools

Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with engineers and QA leads to align testing practices, proactively identify and close test coverage gaps, and advocate for scalable, automation-first quality engineering.

In this role, you will contribute to an engineering culture that values simplicity, clarity, and testing discipline, and explore and integrate AI-assisted testing tools to improve automation efficiency and reliability.

You will be responsible for building and evolving the test automation framework, defining and maintaining a test coverage strategy, automating tests, writing test scripts, and collaborating with the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Selenium, Cypress, and other modern automation tools. They should also have a strong understanding of functional testing, regression testing, test case design, and API testing.
