The role of Indirect Tax Specialist is integral to our organization's finance team, ensuring adherence to local indirect tax regulations and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Support the preparation of tax returns, processing of payments, and filing to ensure full compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation for withholding tax and VAT (balance sheet and profit loss).
- Provide data interpretation from accounting records as required.
- Contribute to a high-performing Indirect Tax team by embracing a mindset of continuous improvement and proposing opportunities to enhance ways of working.
- Technical expertise in indirect taxes, including knowledge of local laws and regulations, is essential for this position.
- A strong understanding of our business and finance beyond indirect tax scope is also required.
- Leadership skills, proven communication skills, and the ability to be a team player with a drive to deliver results are necessary for success in this role.
- A growth-oriented mindset and the ability to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness are key qualities for the ideal candidate.
