The Client Success organization is seeking a highly experienced treasury expert to serve as a senior Executive. This role involves managing our public sector portfolio in Brazil with a primary focus on onboarding new revenue streams, strengthening existing relationships, and identifying cross-sell opportunities within the segment.

The ideal candidate will be fully conversant with treasury product characteristics across the suite of global cash management solutions. They will ensure clients receive a high-quality value-added product experience and act as their ultimate advocate, overseeing cross-functional partners in Onboarding, Service, and Product Management.

The Senior Executive will review daily reporting analysis, ensure service level agreements are met, and escalate any activities outside of SLAs to seniors. They will work closely with control functions such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, and AMC/KYC teams to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.

The successful candidate will conduct frequent touch point calls with clients, providing a global view of current activities and gauging client temperature to address potential areas of dissatisfaction via the CAR process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning with global and regional partners to deliver the best possible client experience
  • Conducting regular reviews and developing action plans to confirm commitment and optimize revenue ramp-up for closed deals
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with relevant client decision-makers and buying centers
  • Supporting and managing client escalations
  • Providing guidance and direction to partners across the organization
  • Removing obstacles and gaps that create negative client experiences
  • Assisting with the development of tools that support the Client Success organization

This role offers cross-functional exposure within the TTS organization, in-depth knowledge of treasury products, exposure to senior management, and the opportunity to work on cross-border projects managing Corporate and Public Sector clients across countries and regions.
