
Early Intervention Therapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention team.
This is a per visit position with the opportunity to build to part time or potentially full time depending on need, flexibility, etc.
- As an Early Intervention therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families by working directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower the parents to be the ones who provide the needed supports and techniques to help their child succeed and achieve their goals.
- Services are provided in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with developmental delays or disorders.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the need for intervention services.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and their families.
- Provide education and training to families on strategies and techniques to promote healthy development and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and outcomes.
- Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences Program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in respective state.
- All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR).
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Must have completed fellowship year and earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence.
