Highly Skilled Mobile Application Engineer

Our organization is seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our talent network for remote projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
To excel in this role, the selected individual should possess:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Advanced proficiency in English language.
- A four-year college degree or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Hands-on experience with React Native and a strong understanding of its ecosystem.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and state management tools.
- Strong knowledge of cross-platform UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with native modules for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
- A solid understanding of mobile app architecture, performance tuning, and testing.
- Good knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work through complex issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- Ability to take ownership over your work.
- Ability to identify with our clients' goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
