Key Responsibilities:- Develop a strategic vision for Payments product offering in the assigned markets, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and other Product Managers to create and manage a product roadmap that aligns with the company's business goals and customer needs.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of new payment features, considering the needs and preferences of the target audience.
- Conduct market research in both gaming and fintech industries to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer/player behavior.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize payments offering towards customer satisfaction maximization.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve payments product offering and resolve issues.
- Use customer insights to inform product decisions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of payments offering; make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate the product's strategy, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prioritize, align, and enable the team to deliver high-quality results in a timely manner. Remove impediments that prevent teams from reaching their goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous employee growth, ensuring high retention and engagement.
- Be responsible for staffing the team by prioritizing needs, identifying potential risks, and being actively involved in the hiring process.
- Provide operational direction for information systems and technology.
This is a hybrid position located in Pinheiro - São Paulo.
Requirements:- 6+ years of experience with a successful track record in product management, utilizing best practices, tools, and techniques.
- In-depth understanding of product management lifecycle, agile, and lean methodologies.
- Gaming experience (from the side of either the operator or the payment provider) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Ability to lead and influence others and to build strong relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English.
