Role Overview
The selected professional will be accountable for efficiently delivering a variety of tasks to a high standard and supporting a diverse range of projects of varying scales and complexities.
They will manage assignments of different sizes, depending on the project's intricacy. This role may involve collaboration within a larger team or serving as the primary day-to-day liaison with the client.
The Senior Engineer - Electrical will be tasked with evaluating electromechanical and specialized installations to ensure compliance with technical specifications and national legislation. Responsibilities include preparing and overseeing reports, monitoring contractor qualifications, and suggesting improvement measures, while actively participating in daily site oversight.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in an engineering role coordinating MEP design and construction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Automation Systems.
- Experience in commissioning is essential.
- PMI certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LEED projects is a plus.
- Proficient in English to effectively lead project team meetings, produce written communications, minutes, and reports, and facilitate client meetings.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and BIM is required.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
