Job Title: UX Designer talents Bench

As a UX Designer at our organization, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products and services. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop design solutions that meet end-user needs.

Responsibilities
  • Framing and solving hard design challenges to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Distilling user research, competitive analysis, and feedback into actionable design goals.
  • Helping teams empathize with users and advocate for usability and accessibility in product development.
  • Using low-fidelity wireframes, interaction behavior, and other visual representations to determine how to use a product in an emotional and resonant manner.
  • Prototyping representative models of a product or feature for testing and gathering user feedback.
  • Organizing, labeling, and structuring content to facilitate user understanding and task completion.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project UX/UI documents.
  • Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to gather and evaluate user and business requirements.
  • Presenting clear and concise documentation to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications
  • Agreeing with our corporate values statement.

  • Believing in the principles of open source.
  • Having 2+ years of relevant design experience.
  • Experience with Miro or other whiteboard tools.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Experience with photo editing.
  • Embodying and executing core design principles and foundations.
  • Being proactive, self-sufficient, and professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

Skills
  • Experience with video editing.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS design capabilities.
