Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Effects Artist to join our team in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating dramatic effects and an understanding of how to recreate them in real-time using particle editors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding visual effects for games by bringing stories to life
- Create all necessary artwork for visual effects, including concept development, prototyping, and final execution
- Develop across a range of visual effects styles from realistic to stylized
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showcasing executed Real-Time FX work
- Experience with Unreal Engine is preferred
- Critical eye for timing, animation, and motion of real-world objects and visual FX
- Ability to create all necessary art for the visual effects
- Desire to collaborate with a team, share knowledge, and grow together
- Previous experience shipping multiple titles within the game industry
- Strong desire to learn new techniques, tools, and pipelines
