Product Delivery Leader

CHS is seeking an experienced Product Delivery Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading product delivery teams and has experience with Agile methodologies. They are able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage competing deadlines, and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with product delivery
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and customers

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in product delivery or related field

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
