Job Title: Transformation Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Transformation Engineer to contribute to the development of technologies and simulations for power transformers. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize mechanical engineering expertise to propose, develop, and supervise the implementation of new technologies, products, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage R&D projects independently, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to technical standards.
  • Maintain and improve technical standards and design tools for transformers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to propose innovative solutions and partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in R&D projects
  • Advanced knowledge in transformer technology and CAD modeling software such as CREO, SolidWorks, or SolidEdge
