Chief Financial Strategist

This role is responsible for leading the financial strategy that supports strong business performance and supply chain operations.

The Chief Financial Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies for category management and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and regional targets. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field, and extensive experience in finance roles preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies for category management and supply chain operations.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and regional targets.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize costs, improve margins, and enhance overall financial performance.
  • Leadership:
  • Lead a team of finance professionals by providing direction, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the finance team.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Advanced English required – Spanish will be a plus.
  • Extensive experience in finance roles, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing.
