We are seeking an experienced Content Creator and Social Media Strategist to join our team. This is a critical role in helping us scale our content output without sacrificing creativity or engagement.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media content across multiple markets. You will work with a vast library of restaurant content and craft engaging posts, videos, and voiceovers that resonate with our audience. Your goal will be to automate as much of this process as possible while ensuring quality remains high.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across 10+ social media platforms.
  • Create monthly content guides featuring seasonal themes, foodie trends, and audience interests.
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, and video hooks that drive engagement and action.
  • Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline content production, scheduling, and organization.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for social media, content creation, and automation. You should be skilled at finding innovative ways to engage audiences and stay ahead of the curve in terms of social media trends and best practices. Additionally, you should be able to collaborate effectively with our cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution of our content strategy.
