Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Senior Vice President, SMB Fraud Risk position in our organization.

About the Role

This role is part of our Services, Markets and Banking Fraud Management team. As a key member, you will be responsible for defining our external fraud risk response strategy and supporting business units in developing processes to manage fraud-related risks.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, including Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Business Risk teams, as well as industry partners, to drive transformation and innovation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units to develop strategic roadmaps and priorities for managing operational, compliance, and regulatory risks associated with fraud.
  • Collaborate with partners within the Fraud team and Business Risk teams to define requirements and develop processes that ensure end-to-end coverage and cohesion of capabilities across the fraud lifecycle.
  • Work with project management partners to articulate strategy and data/reporting requirements for implementation with technology.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial institutions, preferably in Wholesale Banking operations, risk management, or fraud management.
  • Native/Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish skills a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of Citi's wholesale banking product suite, particularly payments, and familiarity with Citi systems and architecture beneficial.
