Drive Digital InnovationWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive our internal business efficiency through digital innovations and IT tools.

As a key member of our Digitalization team, you will be responsible for managing global digitalization projects at Voith Paper. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with business stakeholders to understand current processes and determine how to improve them in terms of efficiency and convenience.

You will use your technical leadership to implement state-of-the-art digital solutions, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be accountable for presenting project results to business leaders, preparing pilots, implementing solutions, and confirming sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and convenience.
  • Digital Solution Implementation: Use technical expertise to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge digital solutions.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, engaging business leaders with your vision and convincing them of potential savings and increased efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar field.
  • Experience: Several years of professional experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Language Skills: Good command of English and written and spoken German is required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Affinity for digital technologies and solutions, high-level project management and project leadership skills, and a passion for digitalization.
