We are seeking an energetic, curious, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Consultant – Financial Markets in São Paulo. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about financial markets while working on impactful projects in large institutions.
This role involves supporting transformation projects in wholesale banking, treasury, and capital markets. You will learn how to map end-to-end financial processes and contribute to requirements analysis, solution testing, and delivery of financial products.
You will interact with both technical and business teams to understand regulatory and operational challenges. Additionally, you will take part in innovation, digitization, and automation initiatives in the financial sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, or Information Systems/Computer Science.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (e.g., FX, fixed income, derivatives).
- Genuine interest in capital markets, financial operations, and risk.
