Regional Operations Director,

This leadership position is responsible for directing the operations of multiple distribution and transportation locations across various states. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and inventory management principles. They will be expected to develop and implement strategic plans, lead cross-functional teams, and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing 3+ campuses with complex variations in product mix, staffing, and associate culture, as well as delivering service to 200-600 retail locations.

About the Role:

This leadership position plays a critical role in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in category management, supply chain leadership, and 3rd party provider management. They will be responsible for guiding campus leaders in aligning company and brand strategies, as well as developing a robust associate experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements strategic plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Leads cross-functional teams to achieve financial targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Maintains accurate records and reports on key performance indicators.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in distribution operations is required. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role.
