The RoleWe're seeking a skilled 3D Game Level Designer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in developing engaging and interactive game levels that showcase your creative vision and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop 3D game levels from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the creative vision and gameplay mechanics.
- Collaborate with artists and other team members to incorporate assets into the gaming environment.
- Implement and adjust gameplay elements such as interactive objects, puzzles, and enemy encounters to enhance player experience.
- Optimize levels for gameplay balance and performance, considering platform requirements and technical limitations.
- Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance on design principles, best practices, and technical skill development.
- 3+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on level design.
- Proficiency with 3D modeling and level design programs such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or others.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and a drive to push interactive storytelling to its limits.
- Knowledge of level design concepts for various game genres, such as puzzle, adventure, and action games.
- Proficient English with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages for gameplay implementation is a plus.
