  • Main Responsibilities of the Last Mile Operations Manager
  • Manage and Oversee the Last Mile Logistics Function:
    • Oversight and management of last mile logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective parcel delivery through partner carriers.
    • Daily monitoring of operations, investigation into anomalies, and implementation of corrective actions to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Define and Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Development and tracking of KPIs such as on-time delivery, delivery success rate, and transit times.
    • Design of dashboards for performance data analysis and monitoring.
