Masterplanner Role

Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, balance service and cost, and drive continuous improvement across planning processes.

About the Role
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning for raw and packaging materials across local plants.
  • Generate feasible supply plans aligned with business goals and demand forecasts using advanced analytics and data-driven insights.
  • Define and update planning parameters (stock levels, service levels, inventory policies) to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Facilitate scenario planning and communicate constraints and alternatives to stakeholders.
  • Build simulation systems and analyze stock levels and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Make trade-off decisions between customer service, inventory, and production capacity using robust analytical tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN/Six Sigma/TPM methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align plans and priorities.
  • Report on planning performance and utilize SAP PP/MM modules for optimization and process improvements.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, operations research, or industrial engineering.
  • 3-6 years of experience in supply chain planning, production, logistics, or project management with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Experience in both production and distribution environments with a focus on optimizing supply chain performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP PP and MM modules, MS Office, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Strong command of English language skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Basic knowledge of inward processing and free trade zone operations with an understanding of their implications on supply chain planning.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented mindset.
