Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent for our technical and product openings. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source top talent for all technical and product openings
  • Provide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and departments

For this role, we are looking for someone with 3+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment. You should have excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal forms and advanced Spanish and Portuguese language skills.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience hiring for US-based companies
  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal forms
  • Advanced Spanish and Portuguese language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines
