Chief Technology Officer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, including experience with agile methodologies, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Additionally, they will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Leading and motivating project teams to achieve goals and objectives
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions
• Ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects
• Providing technical support and training to employees

The following are the required skills and qualifications for this position:

• Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
