About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our clients, ensuring seamless system performance and efficient troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as experience with audiovisual equipment, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 support to users via phone, email, or remote desktop
- Audit and organize IT inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Configure and set up Windows and Mac computers, as well as Apple corporate mobile phones
- Support for audiovisual resources in meeting rooms and events
- Interpret and execute technical procedures in English
Requirements:
- Assist end-users and VIPs with technical queries and issues
- Support for Windows and Mac computers, including troubleshooting and resolution
- Intermediate level English proficiency – speaking and writing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Programming logic and knowledge in Python and JavaScript programming languages
Pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related IT fields.
