About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a seasoned headhunter with a proven track record in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field, a solid network of local engineering talent, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit top engineering talent for various IT projects
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
- A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
- Excellent English language skills
- Upper intermediate level of proficiency in contemporary IT technologies and methods
- Analytical and organized approach to work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
