Estamos à procura de um Product Owner apaixonado e dedicado para se juntar à nossa equipe de produto de uma Squad de Atendimento aos colaboradores da tribo Employee Experience.

**Responsabilidades**

  • Direcionar e dar o norte para o time (Squad) em termos de escopo (O que fazer);
  • Definir, manter e fazer a gestão do backlog;
  • Representar o time (Squad) perante os stakeholders;
  • Priorizar e alinhar as entregas do Squad (histórias) junto aos clientes;
  • Definir o escopo (histórias) do que será entregue pelo Squad e seus respectivos critérios de aceite em conjunto com o negócio e QA;
  • Avaliar necessidade de envolvimento e outros times / tribos e impactos nos backlogs com outros POs;
  • Interagir com as áreas de negócio, realizando todo o refinamento funcional e técnico;
  • Detalhar todas as histórias no JIRA, levantamentos de riscos, impeditivos, realizar o acompanhamento e implementação;
  • Desenvolver e comunicar explicitamente o objetivo do produto;
  • Comunicar claramente os itens do Backlog do Produto e esclarecer dúvidas funcionais;
  • Responsável pela qualidade final das entregas;
  • Definir métricas junto aos clientes e realizar o acompanhamento;
  • Garantir o nível de serviço elevado de parceiros externos para atendimento de demanda de clientes internos.

**Requisitos**

  • Experiência comprovada como Product Owner com projetos estratégicos e de alta complexidade;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de influenciar partes interessadas em todos os níveis;
  • Conhecimento prático de metodologias ágeis;
  • Capacidade de traduzir requisitos do usuário em especificações claras e concisas;
  • Foco em resultados e capacidade de priorizar efetivamente;
  • Bom conhecimento no Jira, Confluence (Atlassian);
  • Bom conhecimento em processos de Gestão de pessoas (RH) e experiência na jornada do colaborador;
  • Conhecimento do SAP Success Factors (RH central e folha de pagamento: EC/ECP).

**Diferenciais**

  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de Gestão SESMT (Segurança e Saúde do Trabalho), integrações com a ferramenta SOC;
  • Certificação Product Owner.
