We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consulting team.


About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing and executing consulting projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful implementation of company strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable methodologies and playsets, promoting efficient project execution and standardized workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy and holistic project implementation.
  • Promote digital transformation and change, inspiring colleagues and clients to adopt innovative practices.
  • Identify and anticipate client needs proactively, monitoring emerging trends and maintaining open communication channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, economics, computer science).
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in payment industry, consulting, strategy, or financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
  • Excellent communication, story-telling, and presentation skills.
  • Team leadership skills with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style.
