About the Role
We're seeking a proactive data enthusiast to join our team and take our reporting capabilities to the next level. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our account management team, transforming customer data into insightful reports that help our clients measure the success of their marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account managers to turn client data into easy-to-digest reports, highlighting the impact of marketing strategies.
- Use SQL, Python, and other tools to analyze large datasets (think millions and billions of rows) with efficiency.
- Design and build engaging dashboards that simplify complex data into clear visual insights.
- Provide proactive suggestions for improving data workflows and deliverables to enhance client satisfaction.
- Present complex statistical analyses and findings in a straightforward, understandable manner for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Availability during U.S. business hours.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets (millions to billions of rows).
- Strong understanding of statistics and probability.
- Experience with marketing data or advertising metrics.
- Excellent communication skills—you're able to translate complex analyses into simple, actionable insights.
