Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business insights, support decision-making, and enhance performance across various functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and a proactive, business-oriented approach, enabling them to identify opportunities, solve problems, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze key business performance indicators to deliver actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives, negotiations, and operational improvements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in issue resolution and process execution.
  • Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities, proposing solutions to optimize business outcomes.
  • Support the design and implementation of new processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of critical business information, leveraging internal systems and BI tools.
Requirements
  • Advanced or fluent English language proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Consulting, or related fields, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data visualization/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn and take ownership.
