Sales Ambassador

Role at a Horticulture Company in Brazil

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our nationwide team in Brazil. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our portfolio and developing new business opportunities with clients and products.

You will establish relationships with growers to understand their needs and maintain existing market share while exploring new possibilities through planting and assessing trials. Collecting market information and variety requirements from all parts of the vegetable chain is essential.

You will collaborate with colleagues and local partners, building a professional network internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Horticulture or Agriculture and at least 3 years of sales experience in horticulture.

• A strong background in sales and product development techniques is necessary.
• Demonstrated knowledge of modern technology and proficiency in driving a vehicle category B is required.
• Excellent analytical skills, resourcefulness, ambition, initiative, social skills, and ability to develop contacts are vital.

Frequent travel is expected, and we look for a dynamic, enterprising, and self-motivated individual who is proficient in English.
