We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Research & Development Team. This professional will leverage data and machine learning techniques to enhance business decision-making by producing advanced data analysis reports and predictive models.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Improving data literacy and the analytical environment across the organization.
  • Handling structured and unstructured data using SQL and other programming languages.
  • Performing advanced data analysis and reporting results.
  • Telling compelling data stories for business stakeholders.
  • Building predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
  • Combining models through ensemble modeling.
  • Proposing solutions and strategies for business challenges.
  • Designing and executing experiments for hypothesis testing.
  • Participating in discussions and decisions regarding the Data Science chapter.
  • Collaborating with data product managers to develop innovative data products.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, machine learning, IA, statistical, and related areas.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or another major programming language.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical users.
  • Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, including experimental design, predictive modeling, optimization, and causal inference.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, such as regression classification, clustering, neural networks, feature selection, cross-validation, and model explainability.
  • Experience with people analytics or growth.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
