Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to design and deliver high-quality training packages for our products. The successful candidate will possess excellent instructional skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver competency-based training packages that meet industry standards.
  • Assess user competency using a range of tools, including exams, practical demonstrations, and logged seat time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enhancement opportunities and update account managers on possible new features.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Mining Technical certificate or equivalent in mine-related areas.
  • Knowledge of Modular Dispatch and ProVision operations.
  • Hands-on experience with operational/maintenance issues at a minesite.
